“Perfume is the indispensable complement to the personality of women, the finishing touch on a dress” Christian Dior

This post post is all about fragrances, something that comes really close to my love for fashion.Just like a pretty dress,a good perfume can boost your confidence and ensure  that you get  through the day smelling and feeling good too.

Scents have the ability to revitalize one’s mood, spark emotions and lift up spirits. They add pleasantness to one’s demeanor as well.

I’m nowadays keen to research on my favorite scents before I go shopping something that I would never do in the past.Stocking up as time goes by is helping me a great deal switch up my signature scents according to season, occasion or mood.

Some tips on fragrance use are as below :

1. For optimum performance, perfumes should be applied at your pulse points that is centre of the neck, behind the ear, inner wrists and behind the knee.

2.To keep perfume lasting longer on your skin, rub a bit of petroleum jelly on the skin where you spritz

3.Apply immediately after a shower because that’s the time when pores are open and thus enable it to be absorbed intensely into the skin.

4.Heavily scented deodorants, lotions or creams interfere with perfume and alter it’s scent and lasting power.
